We lived at 149 s Manhattan pl for 3 years. During the whole length of our stay RJ management has done a remarkable job at maintaining the common areas and keeping them nice and clean. Wesley was extremely responsive to any questions we had and had diligently performed routine maintenance updates in our unit. The building is well managed and other tenants respectful. Overall we had a great experience living in this property thanks to the management team.
